In life, planning can make all the difference to the result. This is definitely the case in your exercise regime. Thousands of people waste so much time in the gym every day, because they are not properly prepared. They don’t have a workout planned, they are not sure what exercises to do, and so they often dive for the nearest machine which they feel comfortable with.
Get out of your comfort zone, and get prepared. Make a little plan and have in your head four exercises for the legs (eg. lunges, squats, leg raises) the same for core (e.g. bicycle crunches, plank) and for arms (eg. tricep dips, lateral raises).
You don’t need more than 30 minutes for a really effective workout. Follow your plan, and tick off the exercises in your head as you go.
