I am a great believer in the power of a healthy lifestyle, and the positive effect it can have on your overall wellbeing. Without replacing or contradicting traditional medical methods of dealing with mental health, I believe that taking part in exercise and a nutritional diet can really help to elevate mood and self-esteem.

My sessions are not just run of the mill training sessions. The focus is as much on your mental wellbeing as well as your physical fitness, and each session is tailored to your mood as well as your health and fitness goals. Some days a really intense workout may not be the best use of a session for you, and a smoother session of walking, pilates and stretching may be more beneficial to you body and mind.

Equally a good diet is so important for mental health. Good nutrition can help keep blood sugar levels steady and enable you to feel energised throughout the day. By combining the right foods, you can ensure you have a nutritionally balanced diet to help your body and mind both perform at their best.
